Chester's Hamburger Co   

Chester's boasts the "best burgers on both sides of the Pecos." From double hamburgers to green-chile cheeseburgers, this place may have a point. However, Chester's fame may have just as much to do with what you use to wash the burgers down. Featuring more than 200 kinds of beer, this local chain has quite a following. Of course, Chester's also has hot dogs and chicken sandwiches, as well as the usual sides (fries, onion rings, stuffed jalapenos and such). Got a business luncheon coming up? Try the popular banquet room. Lunch and dinner crowds are common in this rustic restaurant, but apparently the burgers and beer are worth the wait.
