Fairfield Inn-San Antonio N   

This is a brand new hotel and it disappointted from the start. The staff was friendly and check-in was without a hitch. The room was small for the price when you got the room with two double beds. But hoiusekeeping was a true disappointment. When I arrived, the bathroom kleenex dispenser was an empty box. When I checked out 3 days later, it was still empty. The little shampoo bottles were not replaced when empty.The "glasses" in the room where two styrofoam coffee cups which had to do double duty as coffee cups and bathroom glasses. And one day, they were not replaced. The pool was not crystal clear but had a slightly murky appearance. I understand that this is not a Park Hyatt but I expect more from Marriott. This place had all the amenities and warmth of a Hotel 8.
