Gay bars along this section of Main St. are a dime a dozen, which is what makes the strip so very popular with gay singles and not-so-singles. The difference between Pagasus and the others is that Pegasus has the mettle to take it down a notch (just a bit) by favoring conversation bar areas and pool tables to over-the-top crowds and throbbing dance floors. Sure, you can still get your groove on in the main bar, but there are alternatives as to how you choose to spend your drinking time, like the outdoor tropical-themed patio bar or at the Flying Horse. Pegasus also has a leather shop to swagger about. Owned by Black Hawk Leather out of Houston, you no longer need to go far for you leather duds and goods.

I Love This Bar
There are a few places in town I can call home away from home, but the Pegasus is one of them. Joanna, Mark, Chad, Eddie, DJ Charlie, DJ Bobby, DJ Mel, DJ Mike all work hard to make it a place you can enjoy. There's never a dull night on the patio for Karaoke. I've been going out every weekend for the past 7 years, and I've never felt more comfortable in a bar. I've been out every night for the past 3 weeks. It's my kind of bar!

Pegasus has been recently renovated now boasting a country par (Flying Horse), leather bar (The Hawk), leather shop, main bar (dance music/jukebox), and a tropical patio bar that has Karaoke every night of the week. The bartenders are awesome, $1 jello-shots every night, and sun. & mon. are dollar domestic beers. Wells are always 1.50... This place has something for everyone, and there is never a line for the restroom.
