In the food and entertainment business, the phrase ''we offer something for everyone'' is often an overstatement. However, when you describe The Cove, it may actually be an injustice to omit the cliche. Among the eclectic eatery's most popular choices is its California-style fish taco -- grilled Tilapia with cilantro coleslaw, a spicy poblano cream sauce on a crisp corn tortilla. The grilled shrimp taco with slaw, avocado and potentially sinus-searing wasabi cream is also a Cove favorite. You can chase your chosen munchies with a frozen margarita, sangria or any of the more than 50 domestic and import beers available. Long live The Cove.
