Its hard to find someone who hasnt taken the 20- minute drive out to Helotes to watch a show at Helotes. Thats because Floore manages to pull in both the cutting-edge country acts and the classics a lot of folks grew up with. Floore is Willie Nelsons headquarters. He practically lived at the bar for a while, and wrote the hit song, Crazy while sitting at a corner table one night. Willie will still come out and play at Floores a couple of times a year. -- Judd Maroney

Been going since I was 16 and my ex-fiance tought me how to country dance. It's 13 years later,but Floore's is still the most fun when it comes to Kicker bars.

This is a great little country club to visit. They have awesome live music. Some bands have included: Ray Price, Merril Haggard, Willie Nelson, Asleep at the Wheel, George Jones, Rough Riders, etc. I grew up visiting there every weekend as a child and I never grew bored. They offer an out-door patio along with the inside. Part of the great Helotes Carnival. Great place to bring the family for a great time, or hang out with some buddies! Perfect for all ages. Excellent Tamales!
