Fine Italian cuisine in a romantic setting is the attraction of Aldo's Ristorante Italiano. From business clientele during the week to families and couples on the weekends, this establishment keeps its diners coming back for more. As a result, both lunch and dinnertime see a great deal of dining traffic. The menu includes the ever-popular Snapper Di Aldo -- red snapper in white wine sauce with artichokes, pesto and crabmeat. Even the succulent lamb chops arrive at your table with a noticeably Italian flair. Of course, what is Italian cuisine without accompanying wine? Fine Italian (and California) wines top the list of available vintages and a full bar is also at the ready. Moreover, you can enhance your Aldo's experience by dining under the trees on the romantic outdoor patio. The artistic yellow facade of this former residence structure makes it easy to spot. -- Chris Jones

Very Good Service and Food

My daughter and I ate there while waiting for our passports to be completed at the Custom House across the street. One of the guards at the Custom House recommended the restaurant. We were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and great food.

Being of Sicilian descent you would have to say that Aldo's is the VERY BEST Italian food in the city. and like my Mama has always told me "you get what you pay for". At Aldos you dont worry about the price, you take time, eat and enjoy Italy for a few hours and soak up the smell of Italia.
