Milano Ristorante Italiano   

The mangement of Milano needs some customer service training. I had a gift certificate for Milano in Alamo Heights. I called Milano on Wurzbach and asked if I could use the certificate at that location. They said yes, It's all Milano. When the check came and I tried to use the certificate they refused to honor it at that location. The manager and owner of Milano was rude to us and not the least apologic his staff gave out wrong information. I and my friends will never return.

The food is out of this word.If you can not find what you want...just ask and the chef will prepair it and you will be delighted...The bread needs to be improved on.The staff knows their stuff ...The 1lbs??? pizza is to die for!!!!The shrimp on the starters is also a winner...desert is also great.This place is just a winner all the way around...This is there best location...The evenings are my choice of time to come it is more relaxing...The prices are high but worth it...

Their fresh trout with butter and caper sause is a truly wonderful experiance. I have had it many times, and it has always been excellent. The lunch menu is very complete and easy on the pocket book.
