Boomerang for Modern has goods as unusual as its name. The shop specializes in great furniture-as-art pieces from the mid-20th century. Boomerang carries original and re-issued pieces from a number of manufacturers, including Herman Miller. The ultra-modern style of furniture reflects the space-age mentality that influenced that period's best designers. Accessories such as glassware, pottery and paintings are also available. After more than 15 years in business, Boomerang's owner has become an expert and will take requests to find unusual pieces for clients. Beautifully displayed and always changing, the shop doubles as a kind of Museum of Modern Furniture Art.

Boomerang for Modern will get you salivating for new furniture for your office or home. With furniture decorated with three architecturally splendid floors, this spacious tall little store will allow your eye to find all that you need.
Owner David Skelley will shower you with over twenty-four years of experienced eyes and will share his own taste of what chair you should put in your living room. Move over dull colors and make room for the bright colors needed to tie that spare room together. Imagine opening up your first store in a 9X11 room in a precocious downtown selling upscale modern furniture. That's exactly what he did and he followed his passion. With the store opening in 1985, David had a vision of bringing you the best product of its time and continues to, well, modernize your life.
