Have reported 2 employees in the past 2 years for rudeness and insults. One was at the return desk with a female employee who paid me for a rug shampooer that I returned without a receipt and then told me that I'd gotten paid for something that I didn't buy there. I told her I was going home to find the receipt and she said, "What for? It's over. You got your money". I went home and found the receipt, went back, she called the manager and changed her story. The other was with a male employee in the electronics dept. who got upset when I told him that a laptop was going to be on sale (I saw it on the Connections Mag and he hadn't seen it). I even left the store because of his rudeness and the way he talked down to me.
