The ARCO Olympic Training Facility, the largest Olympic training facility in the U.S., is a year-round center for warm-weather sports athletes, including our championship-winning women's soccer team. Athletes young and old find the air of athletic tradition and excellence inspiring. Visitors can tour as training and on-site competitions take place. The center is home to eight major Olympic sports: archery, canoe/kayak, cycling, field hockey, rowing, soccer, tennis and track and field. The training and support facilities are state of the art, covering over 150 acres in south Otay Mesa and providing beautiful views as well as inspiration for the amateur athlete. After the tour, you can support the Olympic effort by purchasing handsomely priced souvenirs and sportswear at the Spirit Shop. Insider Tip: Tours are free. If you can, come during the week to avoid the crowds. Leave the toddlers at home; they'll find the facility boooooring.
