If you're wondering where the name comes from, the moment you enter nutty wafts of mesquite from the wood-burning rotisserie answer you. On the rotating spit you'll see the hormone-free, free range chicken that signals the fact that this restaurant is all about a happy marriage of healthy living and full flavor. Seafood is provided daily from the same fishing boats that supply Zenbu (Rimel's own fleet) and is used to make special house rolls like the spicy scallop-filled Big Pete. A thick sauce on the dry-spice-rubbed ribs will make sure you get a big red clown smile to match the one already on your face.
