ItÂs been one of my favorite for many years. Great Food, Great Value, Relaxed with a Great View. A window seat is worth the wait.
Others I enjoy, Phoes, Chart House in Cardiff (Ask for Matt or Andy here), Pacifica Del Mar, JakeÂs, The Poseidon., Pacifica Del Mar, CharlieÂs.
Inconsistant
The food has always been great at Anthony's and the service outstanding. Tonight my food was fine, but the service was terrible. Our waiter was never around and somehow messed up several things on the order even though he wrote it down. I hope next time I go back it will be better otherwise Anthony's will probably be taken off my list of good restaurants.
I love Anthony's
I'm from San Diego, but now I live in Kentucy. Everytime I fly back into San Diego, the firt place I stop is at Anthony's. This is what I order: bay gulf shrimp salad surpreme. It is sooo good. I get the New England clam chowder. The veiw is to die for. I'm always very impressed with the service. I have a 3.5 year old, and they have always been so nice to her. I love you, Anthony's.
Under cooked
I give the resturant 2 stars out of five. I had the salmon and it was way under cooked. I asked the waitress to have the chef cook the fish a little longer and when i got the fish back you could tell it had been cooked in the microwave. The service was just ok. The only thing that Anthonys has going for itself are the butter and view of the bay.
