Best Of The Best!
If you're looking for a great dining experience Brothers Bistro is the place. From the moment you walk in you feel as if you are entering your friends home for dinner. The service is superb. Friendly servers and alway on top of their game. The food is to die for. Large portions with a moderate price.
Definatly sit on the patio you feel like your in a private garden.
Can't say enough about it but other restaurants should follow their example.

Beautiful Food!
If warm, cozy dining, with a friendly server, and fantastic dishes are what you want... THIS is the place!
A hidden Jewel, right on Main Street.
The menu changes seasonally... but their chefs will make you anything you want.
I'd give it 5 stars-except, parking can be a problem.
Bottom Line- JUST GO THERE!
Taste of Europe in Fallbrook
I've spent an entire flying career dining in four star restaurants around the world (they don't award five stars in Europe!) and have finally found a restaurant that is comparable to the best but without the steep prices normally asssociated with those restaurants. Brother's Bistro has it all; fine food, fine service, ambiance and reasonable prices. My family and I have been there multiple times and consider the drive well worth it. Try the Ahi tuna, the calamari, the cajun chicken, fresh salmon, chicken piccata, it's all good! There's an entree to satisfy anyone's taste palate whether it be spicy or mild. As an ex New Yorker who knows good pizza, I can definitely recommend the pizza and calzone as well for lighter dining.
Night out in Fallbrook
Trust me when I say that Brothers Bistro is one of the best dinning experince's I've had in North County. Good service, wonderful food and great prices!
Try the fresh fish [Ahi Tuna] the bets I've ever had. They have a great wine list also. I have had dinner there 3 times and I'll be back. It's about time San Diego has such a great palce to eat. Just as good as Los Angeles or San Francisco. It's worth the drive. Make sure to request the patio. M Nitti
