Napa Valley Grille   

Was hesitant to go due to last review, SDreader gave a good review though. I made a reservation ( they mentioned how they appreciated it) and We felt well attended to. Our waiter made excellent suggestions and you could not go wrong with the calamari appetizer, cheese tray, filet mignion. So full by the end we didn't have any room for dessert. They asked us is we were seeing a show that night to keep the timeline in mind when we ordered etc. A very nice service. You also get a 4 hour validation when you park at the Plaza, perfect to walk over to Spreckles. Would definitely reccomend. Will go back.

How is the food...I don't know. How is the service? I don't know. We went to Napa Valley Grille on Wednesday, July 12 for dinner. We were seated in a table by the patio door. The menu was limited and over priced but we thought we would give it a shot. (The prices of steaks were par with incredible restaurants like Flemmings and Mortons and I doubt anywhere as good.) Well we waited for someone to come to our table..even a bus boy with water..NO ONE CAME OVER. The restaurant standard for greeting a table is 2 minutes not over 10 minutes. We left and decided to go to another restaurant. I found the experience rude and unacceptable..will we be back...you decide.

Great food, especially olive bread. Wonderful service, good prices.
