Vivace At the Four Seasons   

The AAA Four-Diamond Vivace is the Four Seasons Resort Aviara's signature restaurant. Italian for ?alive,? Vivace features Regional Interpretive Italian cuisine in elegant yet contemporary surroundings. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the lush palm courtyard and a fireplace adds to the restaurant?s cozy ambience. Venetian plaster walls faux-finished in burnt orange are complimented by rich wood paneling and stone tiled floors. Open nightly for dinner at 6:00 pm. An intimate, private dining room seats up to 14 guests. Chef Bryant Wigger presents seasonal dishes using the finest local ingredients. Signature Vivace dishes include the hand-cut ?Pappardelle Bolognese?, Black Spaghetti with shrimp and Calabrese sausage; and a hand-cut Pappardelle with Vin Santo braised rabbit, shaved butternut squash and ricotta salata.
