Club Caliente is the old V/SF, which was the old Oasis before that. This historic landmark club is now exclusively a Latin music spot on the weekends. The sunken area where the indoor Oasis pool was has been raised and transformed into a smallish dance floor. The lighting is a bit bright, but takes a very festive tone with Christmas lights illuminating the entire club. The front room has a lounge area with large red vinyl booths perfect for chilling out after dancing or as a meeting place for you and your posse. There are more tables and chairs above the dance floor for watching your friends boogie. The club boasts two separate bars and a small stage for live salsa bands during the weekend. Expect to hear an eclectic mix of Latin music, from salsa to cumbia to rock en espanol.
