My Fair Lady 's Eliza Dolittle comes to mind upon visiting this stall on the bustling financial district corner of Bush and Sansome. The galvanized aluminum buckets of lavender roses and white snapdragons are watched over by Elizabeth Idzkowski, who is bundled up in a drab jacket and fingerless gloves on cold days. Don't let the fact that her English is heavily accented mislead you. Ms. Idzkowski is a sharp and savvy entrepreneur who has had the flower market on this intersection near Market Street cornered, literally, since 1989. Look for the constant traffic of regular customers under the green canvas umbrellas outside the One Bush Street office tower.
