Think small -- very small. There's only one bartender, he's manning one long bar and there's not even one waitress to shake an empty beer mug at. If you're looking for a drink within a fast- food time span, you might end up singing the blues -- blues, rock and new funk, if you're singing along to the bands onstage. The shoe-box- sized bar draws small groups after work and party- sized crowds on the weekends, all here to listen to some music and have a drink or two. But within a blues-loving environment, all woes are created equal -- including the needs of the bartender, who's notorious for quick smoke and conversation breaks while on the job.
