My waist size for pants is 44 and, when I inquired why I could not find any pants(Dockers) in that size, I was told that your surveys showed that only 9% of sales were recorded and so they no longer carry that size. That I should pershaps consider a Large and Tall store. First of all, that store advertises that only such sizes are available. whereas, nowhere in your advertising do you indicate that my size person need not bother to shop at Macys. I have been a card customer since 1965 and much more before then. Needless to say, my frequency of shopping at Macys has declined in the last 10 years because of this type of cavalier attitude toward you clientelle.
