In ShortThe second-generation owners have upgraded the property while maintaining such original features as porthole windows and balcony handrails. Deco touches also remain in the guest rooms and suites, where cedar paneling adds to the ambiance. Some accommodations come with full kitchens. The motel is in a residential area a block from Ocean Beach and the Zoo, and the vibe is definitely family-oriented. Shielded by a lattice fence, the outdoor hot tub is fitted into a pretty tiled patio.
