Pearl's Phatburgers   

An upscale burger joint without the gourmet burger prices or attitude, this tiny but charming outlet of the popular Mill Valley burger joint offers a "mini" burger option (a third of pound) that is guaranteed to fill most folks up for less than five bucks. If you're super hungry or want to try one of Pearl's Special Burgers (like The King a 1/4-lb. burger topped with a hotdog, cheese and Thousand Island) you'll have to pony up a bit more. Free-range organic beef or buffalo burgers can be had for an extra $1.25. The fries and shakes are also tasty, and the sweet potato fries are a real treat.
