Powerhouse   

This was my favorite place to head all the way from Vacaville about 8 years ago! I hauled everyone I knew there after finding it! The best Blues music, best old building with ceiling fans to cool while dancing, drinking, chatting and more dancing, and the best people...never a boring time! I was bummed after visiting a couple of years ago. It's all so changed now. I miss the "Old Sutter Street Saloon!'

I grew out of the getting drunk and whoring stage shortly after I finished college. Now I put my energy into my body but the thing is most of the guys at the bar just look good. Having a conversation is foreign to many of them. Actually most of those guys are dumber than houseplants. If you like to look and have inpersonal sex its great,Just don't try to have a conversation, you will be dissappointed.

Quite whinning about the attitude already. It's what makes the PowerHouse what it is...attitude can be sexy if it's not so self absorbed that you start sucking your own dick damn it. Go with the attitude, I get it also and I give it out and then if it works it can get even hotter at this favorite bar of mine. Don't take them all so serious, yeah theres attitude but deal with it already!!!

Great bar, good-looking crowd but people are too self-centered at that "look at me attitude." The gym bunnies have ruined this bar and most of San Francisco as the City has a reputation now of being the most unfriendly gay communities in the U.S. Remember, there are millions of gay me out there so "get over yourself." Best time to go to this bar is NOT on a weekend!
