Sure, this is not the most authentic Chinese food in town - it's been a bit California-fied to fit into the neighborhood, and it's cleaner and swankier than the average Chinese hole-in-the-wall. Get over it people, 'cause the food is good. Walnut prawns, big piping hot bowls of won-ton soup, tasty pot stickers, all at roughly the same prices all the dirtier joints charge. If you want authentic, there are plenty other places to go, but for solid, somewhat healthy Chinese cooking in a pleasant setting, the Dragon is where it's at.
