To accentuate the thin, crispy yet chewy crusts, pizzas come with less sauce and cheese than typically found on pizzas in California. Toppings include traditional options, such as pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes. A wide array of more inventive options are also available, including clams, garlic, bacon and lemon oil.

I've had many NYC pizza's and Amici's ranks right up there with the best.
