Cheesecake Factory   

I've been in several Cheesecake Factory's (N.C. Washington DC, NY) but this is the best by far. The outdoor varanda on the top floor of Macy's make your dinning experience even more breathtaking. I ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad (no wonton and no rice noodles, extra almonds and extra bean sprouts and extra plum dressing on the side). It was made to perfection.

The Chicken Breast Madeira is tender ; full of flavor served over mashed potatoes and topped with provolone cheese melting down the sides. This dish is so hearty, I have never had room for the dessert for which they are famousl For lighter fare, the pot stickers were quite sufficient and flavorful. Someday I must try the cheesecake !

Huge servings, great cheesecake is worth the wait. Try to get there early.

The Cheesecake Factory is fabulous, whether you are in Dallas or California. Great deserts, huge servings, fine quality, reasonable prices.
