For an early morning treat, stop at Souza---it opens at 5 a.m. Some unique goodies here are the chewy Portuguese doughnuts called malasadas, glazed with chocolate or sprinkled with powdered sugar; and the Portuguese sweet bread, not sugary, but not a sourdough either. They also sell all sorts of berry and fruit pies, cookies, and American and European-style breads, including cracked wheat, French and butter-top loaves. The special-occasion cakes-especially wedding cakes-are uniquely designed and personalized.

Best Danish Bakery in US!!
This is with out a doubt the best Danish Bakery this side of the Atlantic. The Kringle incredible. And we have had it shipped from all over the US. They even make the authentic Danish wedding cake called kransekage. Please try them! You won't be disappointed.
