Even one of the world's finest chefs can have an off nite; however not once in over 20 years has ANY other US restaurant met Keller's requirements for perfection. Only at Gerard Boyer at Les Crayeres in Rheims has Keller's superiority been exceeded.

Quite simply the best French restaurant in SF and in the top 3 in the US. I have dined at Masa's a few times and here many. Fleur de Lys is head and shoulders above Masa's and any other in SF
