Palo Alto neighborhood favorite MacArthur Park relaunched in April 2008 with the original chef and owner. Faz Poursohi (of Faz Restaurants) and Restaurateur Chuck Frank (formerly with Spectrum Foods, owner of 16 upscale eateries) are at the helm and have revitalized this historic landmark designed by Julia Morgan in 1918. The revitalized menu features Faz' award-winning Oakwood Smoked California BBQ Baby Back Ribs, mesquite grilled meats and fresh fish. Special features include a "fresh fruit bounty" of the day, the MacArthur Park famous potato skins and onion rings.

The food was splendid, spectacular taste, my whole party enjoyed their meals, and the hostess was so friendly! The interior and exterior of the restaurant were very attractive! However some drinks were too strong while others too watered-down, dessert was okay, and the waiter not too enthusiastic! Plus, it's a bit hard to find! Nonetheless my overall impression was one of pleasure and I shall return! :)

A very inviting place to eat, friendly staff.
Place mats a must for the artist among us(crayons provided).
I live in scotland and have been to map 3yrs running well worth a 4th time ,keep it up .
