In ShortFrom the outside, this quiet outer Valencia spot might not call much attention, nevertheless, it's almost always full of Mission locals. Creatively presented "money bags"--deep-fried rice-paper bundles of prawn and chicken--are popular starters. The green papaya salad is served with prawns in a rice-paper bowl, and pad thai fans enjoy the mountainous seafood version.
