Turtle Tower Restaurant   

I absolutely love this restaurant. As much as they deserve the recognition(and then some), it also means it will be even more crowded, :)(especially on a sunday), but definitely worth the wait. As wonderful as the soup is in itself, you'd definitely want to add some fish sauce(a little goes a long way), siracha (hot sauce), and top if off with some peppers, squeeze of lemon/lime and a dash of pepper. Start slurping. :)
