Bella Mia Restaurant   

Food was good, table was so unstable that we had to hold on to wine glasses when someone was cutting meat. Waiter reported problem and "manager" placed napkins under table support but that did not help. We were constantly told by our server that they were very busy and that is why they could not provide us with a table that was stable, clean spoons with our dessert and coffee, and that was why our bread did not arrive until after our main course was served. At one point, we were advised to finish our salads so that we we would be ready when our food was served. We were very dissappointed, we took our friends to this restaurant because we wanted to thank them. I think we had a terrible experience. I read about how great this place was in San Jose Magazine. Would not recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, pleasant evening

I have been eating at Bella Mia for years, but in 1999, I had my wedding reception there. The food was WONDERFUL, and the service was fast and efficient. All my guests were served at the same time, and everything went as smooth as silk! All in all, Bella Mia made for a great wedding day experience! I've returned many times just for dinner and have really enjoyed it them too! I recommend the 'Steak Bella Mia' for any steak-lovers out there!
