Vintage chandeliers, barstools and wardrobe doors from the defunct Camlin Hotel impart touches of nostalgia, but the expertly crafted cocktails and eclectic dishes at this grown-up's clubhouse are modern marvels. By all means, keep the amaretto sours and rum-spiced chais coming, but plates small and large are delectable enough to make you forget this is bar first, dining room second. Truffle-enhanced shoestring fries aren't to be missed, and you'll never throw back the catch of the day (the chef does wonders with fish). Deep booths and the secluded, heated patio seem tailor-made for clandestine assignations.
