It's a little pricier than you might expect, but the Pioneer Square Hotel has things that most Seattle hotels long for: a spot right in the middle of one of the coolest areas of Seattle. Pioneer Square has it all -- great clubs, great pubs, fabulous shopping and even a few upscale restaurants thrown in for good measure. And right below the hotel is the infamous Pioneer Square Saloon, one of the comfiest bars in the area. The yesteryear charm of this hotel's interior also is unbeatable. If you're planning a really fun weekend in Seattle, the Pioneer Square Hotel should be on the top of your list. -- Kate Mulhern
