Established in 1892 and going strong ever since, The Central Saloon is another Seattle landmark. For the underaged, The Central holds a mysterious intrigue, as it has long been rumored to be the hardest club to get into in Seattle if you've yet to hit the magic 21. You can't charm your way into this place without valid ID. If you're of legal age, come on in for beer, greasy food and good music any day of the week. Expect blues, jazz and rock 'n' roll filtering out of the saloon and into the hip Pioneer Square. Parking's a nightmare, so expect a walk. -- Kate Mulhern
