Leave those hats and tennies at home -- Element brings all the red carpet glamour of an LA nightclub to Seattle with VIP rooms, strict dress codes and high cover charges. It's the kind of see-and-be-seen atmosphere where you would expect to see Paris Hilton or Britney Spears partying hopping through, unless of course either of them were to rent out the private bar level (complete with personal server). In a location that has seen a revolving door of clubs come and go (Polly Esther's, Club Sky), the corner of Harrison and Fifth has been revamped to give birth to one of the most fashionable late-night spots in the Emerald City. Two dance floors and five bars fill the club's 14,000 square-feet, where locally-known (and sometimes world-renowned) DJs spin anything from house and trance to hip-hop and R&B. And while Sundays carry over this location's traditional 18-and-over night, the other nights see a stylish influx of local, 21-and-over beauties grooving to bass-heavy beats and sipping on top-shelf cocktails. Sure, Element may not be sitting in the middle of any of Seattle's prime nightlife districts (it's located right across from the EMP), but it really doesn't need to be. This luxurious club experience stands best on its own.
