The Pacific Plaza offers affordable rooms, and to a large extent, the rooms are worth every penny. Little details, such as lace curtains, irons and ironing boards in every room make this hotel a nice little convenient choice for the harried traveler on a budget. It's right downtown, and still within walking distance of Seattle landmarks, fine dining and shops. -- Kate Mulhern
