You can tell a lot from a bar by the contents of its bathroom. In the case of the Fun House, there may be only a few drops of soap left in the lavatory's hand pumps, but that really only adds to this live music club's particular character. Besides, when local punk bands take to the stage most nights, all eyes and ears are in their direction anyway, allowing the smoke and grime to set the perfect backdrop for the garage punk soundtrack. Cast in the shadow of the Space Needle, the Fun House is also the closest bar to the Seattle Center, making it an unlikely stop for many tourists who seek out an immediate quick fix. But as a general rule, the clientele at this live dive tend to have a least one piercing (or tattoo) and gulp down Pabst Blue Ribbon by the gallon. After all, it's the people that put the fun into this house, and the ones at this bar could care less if there is soap in the bathroom or not.
