P F Chang's China Bistro   

The orange peel chicken and asian pear mojito are brilliant. Definitely sets the standard for mojitos and orange chicken of any kind in the region. Gorgeous atmosphere and love the music (not what you'd expect for a chinese restaurant, but I'll let you discover it on your own) I rated 4 stars because the service in Bellevue wasn't everything I hoped it would be. Service lacked some and took an awful long time considering we explained the hurry we were in, the restaurant was fairly emptied out and we ordered within 90 seconds of sitting down. **However** I have also been to the PF Changs in Lynnwood at Alderwood and anything I felt was lacking in Bellevue was more than made up for here! Truly a delight. 5 stars for Alderwood, but only 4 for Bellevue. If you live on the eastside, Alderwood is tworth the slightly longer drive.

I went to the one @ the Aladdin in Las Vegas a couple weeks ago and it was so good, we went again the next night. I heard an ad on the radio up here and was happy to find we have one too. Haven't been here yet. The ribs w/ the sauce (there are a couple different ribs) are excellant and the mongolian beef wonderful. So is the kung pao chicken. I can't wait to go to this restaurant again!!
