Red Fin Restaurant   

For my birhtday we went to Red Fin. I had stayed at Hotel Max before moving to Seattle and LOVED the hotel and service I recieved... Wish I could say the same for my experience at Red Fin! My 12 guests that had flown in from New York, Las Vegas and LA to celebrate with me were served by a sarcastic waiter that was less than pleased that he had to "deal" with our party. Not only did I have to do damage control for half of the dinner with my guests because of his attitude, 1/3 of the drinks that we ordered were never brought to the table. Eventually we had to ask for another server. We were informed that our first server only works lunch hours and was overwhelmed with the dinner rush. This I say is a MANAGEMENT ISSUE!!! My Party was planned, reservations were made, I spoke with the general manager and shift manager PRIOR to our arrival! And for all of my planning and forethought, THE SAME CONSIDERATION WITH WAITER SELECTION WAS NOT TAKEN. The end result was a more competent waiter, but at that point, the dinner was already a wash... I will say, we ate at CROW the night before and the SERVICE AND FOOD WAS EXCELENT!!!! I WILL NEVER CONSIDER RED FIN FOR ANY SPECIAL OCCASSION AGAIN!
