The ScenePatrons settle into the wood booths or the U-shaped bar for a brew and a burger or a glass of wine and a sandwich. The music is usually picked by the staff, although celebrity musicians in town occasionally show up unannounced to entertain. Both patrons and staff tend toward the artistic side and small-scale exhibits of drawings and paintings rotate on the tavern walls. A greenery-and-flower-lined patio lies out back, though patrons are expected to order before heading that way.The DrawTwo Bells is mostly a beer-and-wine place, though many think there isn't a better burger in Seattle. Ground fresh daily of brisket and round (with enough fat for flavor and juiciness), hand-packed loosely, grilled to order, presented in a hunk of chewy, crusted baguette, the Two Bells burger earned renown from day one, which was in the early '80s.
