Wild Ginger Consistently Does Not Dissapoint
We've been to Wild Ginger numerous times dating back to 1997, and it remains our favorite restaurant. The dipping sauce that accompanies the Nams Prawns is to die for. Chinese restaurants could learn a thing or two about how to prepare Kung Pao Chicken. It should be noted that unlike many top Seattle restaurants, a couple can eat at Wild Ginger relatively inexpensively (depends, of course, on the amount of alcohol, dessert, ************** remains, in our opinion, a great value.
wow!!
my 1st visit to wild ginger definitely WON'T be my last..our waitress, dell, was fantastic-knowledgeable, super friendly and had great suggestions for pairing the wine. the food was the best pan-asian i have ever eaten-my next visit to seattle will absolutely include wild ginger!
Better Years Ago
I've been a customer of wild ginger since the early ninties. You couldn't find a seat but the wait was worth it. The food, atmosphere, and especially the service was nothing like any restaurant in Seattle. After the move- it fell down in the ranks...it's no longer one of the best restaurants in Seattle and I can't say that I recommend it to anyone, unlike before. The attention and care given to customer service the quality of food is no longer a priority. It's to bad.
