The most interesting item in this spacious bar is the bar itself. Before it came to Jillian's, a pool hall on the south shore of Lake Union, it resided at the Algonquin Hotel in New York City. A list of the famous people who partook of drinks from the bar is etched in glass and hung for all to see. Jillian's is an established chain from Boston, and it's thriving here as well -- you can find pool players rackin' 'em up all hours of the night. The refreshments from the bar are always good, there's a restaurant to keep your belly full and video games on the second floor for distraction. But, what's best about Jillian's is that if you're into watching the game of the day, they'll have it on -- no matter what you want to see. An upwardly mobile and perennially cool place to be.
