A combo lets you try a little of just about everything: Pork ribs, chicken hotlinks and brisket are all tasty, especially when paired with creamy potato salad or tangy coleslaw. But if you order only one thing, go for the ribs -- the meat practically falls off the bone. The hottest of three sauce choices isn't too hot for most palates, making a nice foil for the sweetness. If you want to try recreating the experience on your own grill, purchase a big bottle of sauce to take home.
