Bamboo Garden   

Our son took us this restaurant when we got off the plane in Seattle and we are vegetarians and we loved it. This was 2 0r 3 years ago and I am still thinking about how good it was!

Another disappointing vegetarian restaurant. I wish these so called, "chefs" would learn how to cook - vegetarian or carnivore style. Just adding cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar and wheat gluten is not the key to good vegetarian cooking. It takes skill in preparing vegetarian stocks. Freshly made plain tofu with fresh grated ginger, little lemon zest, scallions and light soy sauce would be better than any dish at this restaurant.
