The only thing you need to remember about Gordon Biersch Brewing Company is this: just about the best fries around. Lots of salt, garlic and grease, and deliciously good. Oh, there's beer, too. Good beer. It's brewed on-site and there are seasonal specials that are pretty tasty as well. Because of its proximity to the Pacific Place Cinemas, this is a terrific place to kick back for a brew and a tasty burger before a movie. Their food is standard for a brewery -- lots of hearty American fare. The sweet chili and ginger glazed chicken wings are to die for and go well with one of their signature pilsners. Most weeknights you'll find this place abuzz with live blues or jazz.

A nice assortment of beers and ales, some of which click, some don't. Food is all that you could want from a place like this.
