This NJ guy went to Metro in 1995 after summiting Mt. Rainier. The Chateaubriand I shared with my wife was the best ever and is still a wonderful memory to this day! I will be back to Seattle and Metro this summer!

My filet was great bu the "best" steak house in Seattle was unable to cook my wife's steak well done. They first tried with steak, first it was not even close then they burned the hell out of it. It ruined our anniversary. In the end, it was clear we were "unwelcome". they suggested we try one of their sister restaurants. All because they could not or would not cook a steak well done!
