In ShortIts reputation is based on a New York-style crust topped with nothing more than tomato sauce and mozzarella. Seasonal pies make use of fresh local toppings like pears, portobellos and asparagus. Comfortable, loud and sometimes hectic, the slab concrete floors, exposed ductwork and high ceilings add up to a boisterous, young-at-heart experience. Slices and salads are available, or order a whole pie to share.

The best pizza I have every tasted. Great crust, just the right amount of cheese, olive oil and non acidy tomato sauce.

Ahhhh Pagliacci!
By dancingcatlaura on 07/20/2003
When I lived on Cap Hill the Pagliacci on Broadway was my pizzeria of choice. It was a sit down restaurant and was there for years before I moved. For seven years in Edmonds I mostly ate Spiro's Pizza, also grand. Now I live on Queen Anne and Pagliacci is close again. Life is good. There isn't a better pizza anywhere in my book - Yum
