In an area known for its swank, trendy eateries, the simple and welcoming Two Bells Tavern has become a bit of an anomaly. The menu, which includes an array of burgers and salads, can be best described as "pub food done with care." Beers are plentiful, ranging from microbrews on tap to macrobrews in the ever-dependable bottle. The decor isn't about to win any awards, but it is convivial: The bar is horseshoe-shaped, the ceilings are high, and the Dijon-hued walls are peppered with mirrors and the work of local artists. It's the kind of place that makes you want to be a regular. Two Bells is for the over-21 crowd only.

When in the area, a perfect place for a burger and beer. A place that is very casual and immediately makes you feel like a part of the neighborhood. The burger is well above that of the average cafe.

Excellent service and food. As good a burger as I've ever had. Interesting atmosphere. Unique and recommended.
