At this location near Factoria Mall, the menu is big. Most of the expected standards make an appearance (cashew chicken, Mongolian beef, moo shu pork), as well as bargain lunch combinations, hot pots, congees, sizzling plates, many vegetarian options, noodle dishes, Peking duck, deep fried squab and a notable roster of fresh seafood (Abalone with sea cucumber, anyone?). But the main attraction here is dim sum -- or "dim yum," as fans call it: Be careful with your pointing finger, because it's easy to overindulge. Pork shumai, salt-and-pepper shrimp, pan fried stuffed eggplant, egg tarts, baked BBQ pork filled buns and the deep fried taro puff roll by on clattering carts, conspiring to compromise any diet. When it's this good, who cares? Just skip dessert.

I must agree with the previous reviewer that the Jade Garden has better Dim Sum, but it is definitely better than most of the Dim Sum places in Seattle.

Top Gun no good

The dim sum at Top Gun are at best uninspired and at worse, pre-made in factory kitchens. For unique tastey dim sum I recommend Sea Garden in Bellevue or Jade Garden in downtown Seattle.
