Ralph & Kacoo's   

This is the best in Shreveport. I visit Shreveport alot, and the best food in louisiana is Ralp Kacoo's ! It is relaxing ! The atmosphere is great ! I'll be in Shreveport on 11-1- 08 and eating at Ralph and Kacoo's !

I have visited Ralph & Kacoo's Baton Rouge since 1978. Had to make a 45 min drive to enjoy the delicious Shrimp Salad. Moved to Dallas and have visited Bossier City/Mardi Gras since 1997. Group of 10-20 would arrive for brunch. VERY ENJOYABLE. New Owners arrived and the CHEF must have taken the recipes because we have been disappointed ever since 200 HORRIBLE service.....HORRIBLE food....HORRIBLE long wait... Stopped 9-03-2007 w/family traveling from New Orleans to home in Dallas. Crab salad barely had 1/4 cup of crab flakes on a very large bed of green..........NOT worth $13.95 Shrimp salad arrived on a large bed of greens w/6 shrimp....not $13.95 value Will take Mardi Gras group to a new best seafood restaurant this year and will let you know what great food we rec'd.

WE WERE SEATED PROMPTLY . OUR WAITRESS WAS PROMPT AT THE TABLE TAKING OUR DRINK ORDER, UPON RETURNING WITH DRINKS ANF HOT ROLLS FOR THW TWO OF US. SHE INTRODUCED HERSELFAND ANNOUNCED THE SPECIALS. WE ORDERED AND THE FOOD CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANOR. AFTER DINNER SHE BROUGHT OVER THE DESSERT TRAY NOT ASKING BEFORE, THEIR WAS AT LEAST 6 ITEMS TO PICK, OF COURSE WE ENJOYED EVERYTHING THAT WAS SERVED. SERVICE WAS OUT STANDING. WE WILL RETURN.
